How we use AI
Deltek Replicon regularly conducts tests, checks, and audits on ZeroTime™ to ensure smooth functioning as intended. All our vendor-based collectors are approved and listed on their respective marketplaces, which ensures our collectors not only meet the standards that we follow at Deltek Replicon, but are also compliant with the standards followed by our vendors. We periodically run industry standard security testing conducted by external agencies to ensure data security, integrity, and privacy is uncompromised.

Deltek Replicon's ZeroTime™ has very strong data capture and data retention policies for all our users, as data privacy and data protection are of utmost importance to us. We believe in full transparency and, hence, we use vendor APIs in our collectors, which provide complete visibility on what data is being captured. Our architecture ensures this captured data is fully and highly secure on our systems. We have strong policies that define access to user information, which is limited only to software and not to individuals. Additionally, users remain in complete control of their data as captured by ZeroTime™. A user has the complete authority to modify and delete any time entry in the system before sharing their timesheet for approvals and processing.
ZeroTime™ leverages our ever-growing collector ecosystem that connects to the various work applications that are used as part of day-to-day operations, including project management tools, collaboration apps, web browsers, business applications, and more. These collectors capture the accurate time that a user spends on each application. All the time data from the collectors is then automatically consolidated and harmonized into ZeroTime's Smart Timesheet leveraging AI and ML, based on a user’s timesheet attributes, such as projects, tasks, etc. ZeroTime™ continuously learns from a user’s inputs to ensure each time entry and its associated labels are accurate, thereby reducing the need for a user to manually intervene in the timesheet creation process.- Note: To include ZeroTime™ AI-powered timesheets in your Replicon purchase, please contact us for a custom quote.
Deltek Replicon’s ZeroTime™ is an automatic time capture capability available as part of the Replicon time-tracking platform, powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). ZeroTime™ automatically creates timesheets by capturing accurate time data from the different applications that a user utilizes for work and provides a pre-populated timesheet. This helps minimize errors in the capture of work time data, which can adversely affect an organization’s ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, and bill clients accurately. Additionally, by populating accurate timesheets automatically, ZeroTime™ helps save valuable time that would otherwise be spent on filling timesheets manually and potentially rectifying inaccurate timesheets.
